Leg, Bums and Tums

LBT focuses on toning and strengthening those specific areas of the body, with elements of dynamic and static movements throughout.

Metabolic Conditioning

METCON incorporates bodyweight, cardiovascular, weightlifting exercises designed to push your body to the limits resulting in a highly effective way to improve your fitness.

Stronger for Longer

Our Stronger for Longer classes are designed to help individuals, particularly older adults, maintain and improve their strength, balance, and overall physical function, sessions are based in the Functional Rig Zone.

UP and AT EM!

Up and AT EM! is an early morning fitness circuit based on the Functional Rig Zone, aimed at providing cardio and strength-based exercises to wake up your systems!

Mindfulness classes

Just a great way to exercise both your mind and body! Ideal if you are looking to feel more calm, more balanced and more revitalised.

Pilates

Pilates is our holistic exercise method that promotes physical and mental well-being through controlled movements, core strength, and mindful awareness.

Yoga

Our Yoga session is a practice that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques, and often meditation or relaxation. Its core purpose is to foster harmony between the mind and body.
