Swimming Lessons
All lessons are now paid by monthly Direct Debit – £29 per month. Paid on 1st of every month. View our terms and conditions.
We run expertly led courses suitable for all ages
- Otter Pups – Parent and baby classes for children aged 10 months upwards.
- Otters – For children aged 3 to 4 ½ years.
- Juniors – For children aged 4 ½ to 16 years.
- Adults – For ages 16 years and above.

How to Create Your Online Account & Book a Lesson
You’ll be directed to our Leisure Hub booking page.
✅ Step 1: Find a Class
- Go to HomePortal2
- Click on “Book a Class”
- Select your Site, then Activity
- Click “Show Centres”
- Browse for a suitable day, time, and level
- Click “Book this Course” > then “Checkout”
✅ Step 2: Log in or Register Your Account
- If you are already registered – Log In
- If you have a membership, but have not registered on Leisure Hub click on “Register” > Select “I’m a member but need to create an online account”
- If you are completely new, click on “Register” > Select “I’m new and would like to register”
- Enter your (parent/guardian) details
- Check your email to confirm your email address
- Log in using your new details
- Click “I Consent” when prompted
- You’ll be returned to your basket with your selected course
✅ Step 3: Add Your Child & Payment
- Add the name of the child attending the class (⚠️ Do not book yourself into the class)
- Select Direct Debit as the payment method
- Enter any Promotional Code (if applicable)
- Provide your account details
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions
- Click “Pay Now”
✅ Step 4: After booking
You will be returned to Home Portal, where you can:
- Track your child’s lesson progress
- Manage bookings and payments

How do I keep track of progress and make payments?
You can track your progress or your child’s progress, make payments, move class times where permitted, receive electronic award slips and much more via our home portal.

Progress to the next level does not solely depend on the criteria. The overall decision will rest with your swimming teacher.

Did you know that all children enrolled on our swimming lessons can swim in our pools for free through the duration of their course?
Every child must be accompanied by a paying adult. Please refer to the swimming safety information below, to check if your child should be accompanied in the pool.
Safety Information
If your child would like to go swimming after their lesson, please make sure the following checklist applies:
- Your child is 8 years or over.
- They can swim 50 metres in under two minutes.
- They can tread water for one minute.
- They can jump from the poolside into water at least 1.5 metres deep.
If any of the above does not apply to your child, please make sure they are accompanied by a responsible adult aged 16 years or over.
