1.1 The conditions of hire are set out below and must be adhered to for the duration of your booking.
1.2 At all times children are the responsibilities of the supervising adult/hirer, from drop off to collection.
1.3 It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure all children are suitably clothed for the activity and ensure centre rules are adhered to by the party/group at
all times.
1.4 Maximum numbers of admission will be confirmed on booking. Under no circumstances must the hirer allow the maximum number of admissions to exceed this.
1.5 Staff members are present to ensure the correct use of the play equipment, access first aid facilities and to implement the centre rules.
1.6 Final balance payment can be paid before the day of the party or on the day of the party.
1.7 If hiring the Large Inflatable, non or weak swimmers will not be allowed on it unless they can pass a water competency test which will mean swimming at least 50m unaided without stopping and then jumping into deep wate.
1.8 Pool party supervision ratios are 1:1 for under 4’s, all other ages to be subject to individual Risk Assessment.
1.9 TAG Active party must have a waiver complete before the party on behalf of all participants attending the session.

2.0 £75.00 Non-Refundable deposit required for each party booking, remaining balance to be paid on or before the day of the party.
