Clay Cross Active – Progress update – 26/3/25

Clay Cross Active, the highly anticipated leisure centre, is set to open its doors in summer 2025, and the excitement is building! This state-of-the-art facility promises to be a game-changer for the local community, offering a wide range of activities and amenities designed to promote health, wellness, and social interaction.

The new centre will feature a large, modern fitness suite, a spin studio, a sports hall, and both a main pool and a learner pool with spectator seating. Additionally, visitors can look forward to a community café, treatment rooms, a soft play area for children and a brand new Tag Active arena. As you can see from the pictures, the new Tag Active facility has come on a long way in the past few weeks.

We are looking for local talent in a variety of positions and would urge you to get in contact to apply for the roles!

We are looking for:

Full Time Leisure Attendant (37 hours per week)– Minimum requirement of a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
Part Time Leisure Attendant (22.5 hours per week)- Minimum requirement of a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
4 x Part Time Catering Assistant (22.25 hours per week) – Requirement to complete a Food Safety Hygiene Certificate.
Casual Catering Assistant- Requirement to complete a Food Safety Hygiene Certificate.
4 x Part Time TAG Active Attendant (12.75 hours per week) – no minimum requirement of qualifications.
Casual TAG Active Attendant – no minimum requirement of qualifications.
