New Class Cancellation

and No-Show Policy

It is important that you cancel any classes that you have booked and cannot attend at least two hours before the class start time. This is so we can make your unwanted place available for other customers wanting to attend.

Following customer feedback, as of 2nd January 2025 a 50p No-Show charge will be added for any sessions that have not been attended or cancelled in time. This means that you will be unable to make any future class bookings until the No Show charge is paid.

Cancelling your session is as easy as 1, 2, 3

1. Just log on to your Leisure Hub or Just Do More App account and go to the ‘My Bookings’ section of your member area.
2. Find the class you want to cancel.
3. Click the ‘cancel’ button and you’re done.

Pay-as-you-go customers who’ve booked and paid via their online booking account will need to contact the venue of the activity directly via telephone or email (see below) and the team will cancel your booking providing you’ve notified us prior to the two-hour cut-off period.

Let us know that you attend your class

For customers attending the class, it’s your responsibility to make sure we know you have attended. You can do this by:

1. Using the Self-Swipe Kiosks prior to the start time of the session.
2. Check in at Reception. Ideally before the session but you can also check in at reception
after as well. However, it must be on the day of the class.
3. The register in the room where the class is taking place (If available).

If you don’t check in via one of these methods, we will assume that you have not attended, and the No Show policy will apply. If you have a debt, you can easily see them on your online account and pay for them online by logging into your Leisure Hub account or the Just Do More App and heading to the ‘My Debts’ section of your member area. We have implemented the above policy to improve our  customer experience. Cancelling unwanted bookings allows other customers to take up the space and maximises the capacity of our bookable sessions.
